We have placed some of our beehives in suburban and farmland areas where there are grasses and plants which give off pollens that may cause hay fever.
The local honey produced by the bees from these sites contains the pollen that the bees have collected and when eaten and digested by hay fever sufferers may enable the body to become less allergic to the pollens that they breathe in from their local area.
We recommend that you eat a spoonful of this local honey a couple of times a day and do not drink it in hot beverages as the heat will destroy the beneficial qualities of the honey.
We have this honey in 1 kg buckets and 500gm glass jars.
